Our story

Built from a need for better pelvic-health care.

Dr. Bhavti Soni's path into pelvic health began with a need to help herself. That experience became a commitment to helping others understand their bodies, regain comfort, and feel more in control of their health.

She founded Pelvic Elements in 2018 as a specialty practice where people could receive the time, privacy, education, and advanced clinical care that pelvic-health concerns deserve.

Meet the founder

Expertise grounded in empathy

Dr. Soni combines advanced pelvic-health training with the kind of care that gives people time to explain, ask questions, and understand what comes next.

Over more than 15 years in pelvic floor physical therapy, Dr. Soni has helped people navigate bladder and bowel concerns, complex and chronic pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, sexual dysfunction, and surgical rehabilitation.

Her approach is personal and practical. Each plan begins with the person in front of her—their history, comfort, priorities, and goals—and brings together appropriate hands-on care, movement, education, and whole-body clinical reasoning.

Our philosophy

Care should feel personal, clear, and collaborative

We combine whole-body clinical reasoning with empathy, current evidence, and a genuine respect for each person's needs, preferences, and life.

01

Listen before treating

Your experience, concerns, comfort, and goals shape every step of care.

02

See the whole body

We look beyond a single symptom to understand movement, history, lifestyle, and the systems that work together.

03

Decide together

We explain the options clearly and build a plan around your needs, preferences, and pace.
