Our story
Dr. Bhavti Soni's path into pelvic health began with a need to help herself. That experience became a commitment to helping others understand their bodies, regain comfort, and feel more in control of their health.
She founded Pelvic Elements in 2018 as a specialty practice where people could receive the time, privacy, education, and advanced clinical care that pelvic-health concerns deserve.

Founder & Pelvic Health Specialist
Dr. Bhavti Soni, PT, DPT, PHC
Meet the founder
Dr. Soni combines advanced pelvic-health training with the kind of care that gives people time to explain, ask questions, and understand what comes next.
Over more than 15 years in pelvic floor physical therapy, Dr. Soni has helped people navigate bladder and bowel concerns, complex and chronic pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, sexual dysfunction, and surgical rehabilitation.
Her approach is personal and practical. Each plan begins with the person in front of her—their history, comfort, priorities, and goals—and brings together appropriate hands-on care, movement, education, and whole-body clinical reasoning.
More than 15 years of experience across bladder and bowel concerns, complex pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, sexual dysfunction, and whole-body rehabilitation.
Dr. Soni mentors developing pelvic-health therapists and shares current clinical knowledge through professional teaching and conference presentations.
She founded Pelvic Elements to create the private, thoughtful, and highly specialized care environment she believed patients deserved.
