You may bring a support person, chaperone, or baby. Clinic staff cannot supervise them, but the team will do its best to make the visit safe, flexible, and comfortable.

How does payment work at the clinic?

Payment is due in full at the time of service. FSA and HSA cards, cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted. Receipts and superbills are available.

What if I cannot make my appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies to late changes and missed appointments, with emergencies considered by the office.
